Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, custom products need to be processed and shipped within 7-12 days.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard (10-15 business days): YunExpress- $0.00 (over $49.00)
Express (4-7 business days): DHL- $29.00

Tracking Your Parcel

Once you place your order, we will have your package ready and shipped within 48 hours. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Alternatively, send a message via SMS if a phone number has been added to your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

You can only cancel or change your order within three hours of placing it as we are unable to make any changes to your order after this time; as our warehouse team begins processing orders within minutes of placing your order. If you placed your order in error or do not want the items, you can send your order back to us through the returns process.

Returns / Exchanges

Exchanges/refunds are available within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please make sure you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In order to return a return, you must meet the following conditions:

Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery date.

The item must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage charges unless the product is defective/incorrect.

Duties & Taxes

We ship to over 220 countries worldwide! When ordering outside of Canada and the United States, it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the product can be imported into the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are assessed upon arrival in the recipient's country.

Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable: therefore, shipments rejected due to unexpected import charges, total order fees including original shipping charges, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance is required, this may cause delays beyond our originally estimated delivery time. Normal customs clearance time is 1 working day.

To avoid delays in receiving your order from customs, we strongly recommend:

Provide a phone number so customs can contact you when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can contact you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding customs duties and/or tax liability charges. Please note that most carriers will hold the shipment for 5 days after it arrives in your country before abandoning or returning it to the sender.

Please note that orders placed as part of any promotion will be taxed on the true commercial value and not on the 100% discount on the item.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
  • Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • Icecinreserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
  • Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, CanadaPost or DHL, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Icecinis not liable for lost packages.
