Standard Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Icecin, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

All items will be put into production within 120 minutes after we receive payment. Generally speaking, cancellations are not allowed on personalization/engraving/special orders once production has begun, so please double check your personalization information before submitting your order. If you have questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives.

Return & Exchange Instructions

1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. The period for returns or exchanges shall not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Please use your local post office when returning items. If we return via another carrier and fail to receive the return package, the buyer will be responsible for the loss.
5. When returning items, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.


1. The return address is not the address on your package, so please contact our customer service first and obtain a return authorization.
2. Products with "engraving", "customized", "personalized", "photo", "personalized customized jewelry" and final sales are not supported for return or exchange.
3. Return and reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Although you may have enjoyed free or low-cost shipping, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If it is a free shipping order, postage will be deducted.
5. For the UK and EU countries, 20% value-added tax (VAT) will be deducted.
In the following cases, Icecin will resend new products.
1. The customer received the wrong product.
2. The item is damaged, defective or incorrectly engraved. (For damaged or defective items, customers must contact Icecin customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
We will process refunds and exchanges within 7 working days after receiving the return package. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account.
Please note:
Standard shipping charges before discounts will apply and are non-refundable. Although you may receive free or discounted shipping, we do pay original shipping on every order. Therefore, we do not refund original shipping charges.
